Features

Expansive & Customizable

Every subscription to ChemID comes with the entire feature set. Use and customize only the features you need to accomplish your goals without worrying about the others.

Data Models

ChemID contains various data models for you to use.

  • Samples: Represent chemical analysis data for a physical material.

  • Tests: Represent specific and detailed chemical analysis data for the sample they belong to.

  • Products: Represent physical things in the world.

  • Manifests: Represent the movement of products from one place to another.

  • Certificate Of Origin: Represent the origin of a product.

They're All Connected

Every data-type in ChemID can be connected to another data type.

  • Products and Samples: A product can have multiple samples representing information on that products chemical makeup.

  • Samples and Tests: A sample can have multiple tests under it each representing some subset of chemical/materials information about the product being tested.

  • Manifests and Products: A manifest can have products attached to it showing the movement of those products from one place to another.

  • Products, Certificates of Origin, and More Products: A product can be made of of multiple other products or a Certificate Of Origin.

Data Canvas

The Data Canvas section of ChemID allows you to visualize and compare data from different sources using widgets. Each data widget provides a unique way of viewing your data. Some are graphs and charts, while others may be tables or summaries. A few example widgets are detailed below:

Chromatography Overlay

Quickly identify trends in the data that could indicate something significant or previously unseen beneath the surface.

Cross-Test Analyte Table

Reveal previously unknown errors to you or your team and help reduce human error and improve your quality control process.

Pie-Chart Comparator

See the breakdown of analytes across different tests using a pie chart.

Track and Trace

Track & Trace in ChemID is a comprehensive set of features and behind the scenes processes that allow you, your clients, and your partners to identify and track everything that goes into a product from start to finish.

Products and Samples: By allowing samples to be connected to the products they are testing for, and products to be made of other products, your organization can trace the chemical composition of an end product from inception to consumer.

Manifests: With ChemID manifests, your organization can track and share the physical movement of products (and their chemical makeup) from one place to another.

Tracers and QR Codes: Every Product, Sample, and Manifest in ChemID is assigned a unique TracerID and QR code. By providing one or either of these to your partners, consumers, and customers the'll be able to gain an view into the data and it's history.

Seal and Verify

By sealing your samples, products, manifests, etc... data onto the SICPA CERTUS® blockchain a secure QR code will be generated ensuring the authenticity of your data. When scanned the unchangeable QR code shows information about the sealed data making any fraudulent changes by 3rd parties evident.

Attach the seal QR to documents, COAs, government forms, and product packaging. This allows consumers, clients, and partners to verify that your product was not tampered with by 3rd parties.

Share Data

Share data with your clients, consumers, partners and other relevant parties within ChemID. Those you share data with don't need a paid ChemID account to view that data and you can choose to share that data within ChemID or simply give them the SICPA CERTUS® QR code that contains your data.

Extract, Translate, and Load

ChemID can translate data form different sources into a single universal data schema called Technoform Schema. Data from different labs, HPLC machines, producers, or regions can all be compared, analyzed, audited, and viewed in ChemID as if they were the same format.

Manual Upload

Users have the option of manually uploading their data into ChemID.

Native Driver

For laboratory HPLC users and others with that prefer a local piece of software, we offer our Native Driver software that runs logically on your organizations machines and automatically translates and loads data from the machine into ChemID.

Auditing

Auditing allows you to run automated checks on data through Audit Rules. Audit rules describe what to check, when to check it, and how to check it. You'll be notified of any data that fails your organizations Audit Rules.

Non-Regulator Use

Labs, producers, manufactures and other non-government entities can make use of Audit Rules to ensure the quality of their own processes, quickly identify new and recurring errors, and reduce the need for human oversight and quality checks.

Regulator Use

Government regulators can make use of Audit Rules to identify inflated, faulty, or suspicious data from entities under their jurisdiction.

Data Requests

Data Requests are a special feature made just for Regulators.

Send a Data Request to Anyone

Send a request for data to any laboratory, producer, or manufacturer regardless of whether they have a ChemID account or not.

Customizable and Precise

Specify exactly what kind of data and in which format you want it

Automated Response Audit

Save time by using ChemIDs Audit Rule system to automatically run checks on any data submitted

Track and Seal the Entire Process

The entire data request and response process is recorded.

View previous communications and seal them onto the SICPA CERTUS® blockchain to obtain an immutable QR code representing the entire communication process from start to finish.
